We are currently validating our platform technology in humans with ANG1005. In parallel, we are leveraging our technology by creating other NCEs with small molecules, peptides, monoclonal antibodies, siRNA, etc. to treat various brain diseases.
We are currently validating our platform technology in humans with two Phase I/II trials of ANG1005, a proprietary derivative of paclitaxel, for primary and metastatic brain cancer, a $2B potential market in desperate need of more effective therapies. In parallel, we are leveraging our technology by creating other NCEs with small molecules, peptides, monoclonal antibodies, siRNA, etc. to treat various brain diseases. We intend to develop small molecule and peptide-based products ourselves, while forming collaborations with other companies to develop products based on other classes of molecules.
